Hello readers and welcome to my first blog for D8 Indian. My name is Simar Marwha and I’m a professional makeup artist and have been in the industry from past 11 years. I’m here today to share some of my tips on hair, makeup and skincare.

Since we’re in pandemic and I’m sure none of us would be putting any effort into getting ready while we sit at home all day (I’m not anyways 🙈) So I thought of dedicating my first blog to skincare!!!! How to look after your skin specially now, when we have all the time in the world to finally look into the things we always kept neglecting simply because we didn’t have enough time to look after them because life was way too hectic which is simply not the case anymore 🙊

Ok without any further delays.. lets get to it. I love keeping things simple because reading all the instructions before we start something is just not in Indians blood. 😂

Here’s a simple and easy routine to follow for healthy and glowy skin for different skin types.

Daily Skincare Routine For Every Skin Type

Day Care:

Wash your face only with water, followed by oil or gel based moisturiser 

Night Care:

Exfoliate your skin with toner using cotton pad, I would recommend Clinique’s Clarifying Lotion -3, followed by a good night cream or serum.

Every Fortnight:

Apply any mask that will balance the skin tone, I would recommend Himalaya’s Clarifying Mud Mask.

Keep your skin well moisturised all the time. Take Calcium and Magnesium supplements on daily bases for inner glow.
